We did not get an ocean view room as booked.

The hotel had a gym and an indoor pool, which was great for staying active during my business trip. the hotel's location was also convenient as it was only a short walk away from the beach. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from.

The rooms were not very clean and were in need of some updating. the hotel staff was not very friendly or accommodating.

We had an amazing family holiday with plenty to do at the beach and the pool. the food was fresh and delicious and the staff were helpful and polite. the room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the pool. the Animation Team was great and we enjoyed their fun activities and evening shows. the location was perfect with beautiful beaches and shops within walking distance. Our children loved the kids club and we felt relaxed and rested.

One of the shops we visited wasn't trustworthy, so be careful.

We had an incredible time here in this place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning views of the beach and the natural park area. The location is absolutely wonderful, and it provided us with the most amazing backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, and a lovely terrace to soak up the sun. The staff here were phenomenal, providing excellent customer service that made us feel truly valued and taken care of.
